Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before registering.

1. Cancellations by Participant

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

• If cancellation is made:

• More than 14 days before course start date: 70% refund

• 7–14 days before course start date: 30% refund

• Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund

• Alternatively, you may request to transfer your seat to another date (subject to availability and approval).

2. Cancellations by ICCI

• If ICCI cancels or postpones a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• A seat in the next available session

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Application/processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

• Any materials already issued (e.g. manuals, recipes, uniforms) are not returnable or refundable.
